CADCAMATIC AND ATKORE VERGOKAN: A SUSTAINABLE PARTNERSHIP
We have been working closely with Atkore Vergokan for years. In the past, for example, a number of machines were developed and built at Cadcamatic for the production of Atkore Vergokan cable support systems.
In our brand new premises in Torhout, we in turn counted on the expertise of Atkore Vergokan. We called on Atkore Vergokan for the cable support systems. The cable trays and floor channel systems were installed by electrical engineering specialist De Witte-Vandecaveye.
Last year we supplied a mould for the production of a wide range of KBSCL cable trays, starting from different coil widths and thicknesses in steel and stainless steel. Together with Berten Vandenborre, Maintenance Manager and fixed point of contact at Atkore Vergokan, we developed a punching mould with a short change-over time from one product to the next by using special changeable sliding techniques, pneumatically switchable punches and modular partial moulds.
All dies have ball joints so that high production speeds can be achieved.
Thanks to clear communication with a single point of contact, the cooperation between Atkore Vergokan and Cadcamatic is going very smoothly.

We both attach importance to sustainable partnerships, and are therefore very happy with this fine collaboration. We look forward to continuing this in the future.
