Job Description :
You are responsible for the work preparation and programming of the wire EDMs.
You determine the weekly planning of the different machines in your department.
You can operate the machines and you are responsible for the final inspection after machining.
You are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the machinery of the EDM department.
You are a team player and you highly value good cooperation with colleagues
Profile :
You are in possession of a technical higher education diploma in a relevant direction or you can present an equivalent work experience.
Experience with wire and/or zinc EDM is an advantage but not a requirement.
You like a varied job and are interested in mastering different machines.
Experience in metalworking and knowledge of CNC controlled machines is a plus.
You work accurately and orderly, taking into account the required tolerances and standards.
You check the quality of the pieces. This requires plan reading and working with various high-end measuring devices.
